Augie’s Towing & Transport is the absolute best! Our work truck broke down today just as we were getting off the highway in O’Fallon, and we were lucky enough to have them drive by a few minutes later. The gentleman driving helped us get it started again, continued following us down the road until we made it to our destination, then came back a few hours later after we had trouble starting it again and got it loaded and to the repair shop for us. Five stars, all day every day! Nobody wants their vehicle to break down, but they made the situation the best it could possibly be with their kindness and amazing work ethic. Our car battery died this morning and I was left stranded, and after calling a couple of tow companies including one that I knew personally, I was told by both that it would be almost two hours for a battery jump. After talking to Kurt, who I might add was asleep when I called him, told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes, and he was fast and was able to charge the battery and helped me get back home! I can't thank Kurt enough and will definitely be calling him next time I need some help.
